RENOVATION RISKY ?

Sometime after living 25 30 years in a house, we need some renovation in our own bunglow, tenament or flat to extend the house or to set more accommodation for increased family members .

When we do this, knowingly or unknowingly we are disturbing the 'Vaastu' of our residence sometimes .

If the start of renovation is done on proper muhurta or we start the destruction work in the proper direction or corner in the house as per Muhurta rule, we are safe.

But generally what happens, we are dependent upon the contractors and labours so can not follow the rules given in our shashtras. Also contractor starts destruction work in any space or corner in the house as per his planning .

So in most cases downfall starts immediately after the renovation is over. We don't notice this immediately but within one year you will see that after renovation, health of some elderly person in the home is affected or passes away. Or someone in family loses job or faces business loss. In short income is reduced in the family living in that house.

I have seen this in so many cases that after renovation of house the the family suffered for a couple of months or years.

So my advise is just don't start the renovation as per your convenient time but stick to Muhurta rules given in our shashtras and also see that Vaastu dosha is not created after changing the house design . I am giving some guidelines for this

Renovation should never be started when Sun is in Gemini Virgo Sagittarius and Pisces like dual Signs .

Also it should be avoided in Chaitra, Jyeshtha, Bhadrapad and Ashwin months. Lunar tithis like 1st, 4th, 8th, 9th, 14th and amavasya should be avoided.

When Moon is with Saturn or in opposition to Saturn renovation should not be started on that day. When Mars is in Cancer sign then also renovation should be avoided. And Jwalamukhi yoga should always be avoided.

There are so many rules in our Muhurta shashtra. All are not possible to follow but above given guidelines is enough . You should consult some expert to select the date before starting the renovation work.

WHICH ENGINEERING IS THE BEST FOR YOU ? 1

Today we will discuss various combinations to opt for Engineering line very easy way. Please read these rules carefully .

We have already discussed in the last post that Mars is the main planet of Science Technology and Engineering.

So to opt for Engineering line .....
1. Aries or Scorpio Lagna must be there.
2. Whatever Lagna is there Lagnesh must be in Aries or Scorpio.
3. Mars must be in Lagna or aspecting Lagna from 6th 7th or 10th house.
4. Mars must join the Lagnesh anywhere in the chart or Mars should aspect Lagnesh through his 4th 7th or 8th aspect.

Any ONE of the above 4 conditions is must to be an Engineer.

Now we will discuss various courses in the Engineering wing. Mercury is the software and Mars rules hardware of Brain so...

(A) If Aries or Scorpio is the Lagna and the Mars if joined with Mercury anywhere in the chart or Mars in Gemini or Virgo sign or if Mars aspecting Mercury by his 4th 7th or 8th aspect or Mars and Mercury exchanges their signs OR

(B) If Gemini or Virgo is the Lagna, the Mercury if joined with Mars or if Mercury placed in Aries or Scorpio or if Mercury and Mars joined anywhere in the chart or both are aspecting each other then.....

Software Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Architecture Engineering etc. are the best options

(A) If Aries or Scorpio is Lagna and Mars joins Moon anywhere in the chart or Mars is in Cancer or if Mars aspects strong Moon by his 4th 7th or 8th aspect or if Mars and Moon exchanges their signs OR

(B) If Cancer is the Lagna and Moon joins Mars anywhere in the chart or Moon and Mars are in opposition or Moon and Mars exchanges their signs then .....

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Textile Engineering, Marine Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering are the best options

(A) If Aries or Scorpio is Lagna and Mars is joined with Venus anywhere in the chart or aspecting Venus by his 4th 7th or 8th aspect or Mars Venus exchanging their signs OR

(B) If Taurus or Libra is Lagna and Venus joins Mars or both are opposit to each other or Venus and Mars exchanges their signs then.....

Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering, Fashion Technology, Food Technology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Media and Film Industry related courses are the best options.

(In the above rules both the related planets must have strong connection with each other. Mutual Exchange of signs and conjunction is more stronger then just aspect. Strength of planet is also to be considered. So we have to study very deep to come to any final line.)

Sun is the life of all creatures. Sun is the ruler of farming, crop, vegetables, fruits, spices and all. Also sometime Sun gives electrical knowhow due to his fire element.

If Mars has the strong connection with Sun Agriculture Engineering or Electrical Engineering is the best line.

Saturn is the planet of all industries on earth. All mechanism and technical knowhow is the portfolio of Saturn. Saturn is the ruler of all infrastructure. All land on earth is in control of Saturn. All crude oil is under the control of Saturn.

(A) If Aries or Scorpio is Lagna and Mars is joined with Saturn or Mars and Saturn are aspecting each other in 4th and 10th aspect or if Mars and Saturn are in mutual exchange... OR

(B) If Capricorn or Aquarius is Lagna and Saturn is joined with Mars, or Saturn and Mars are aspecting each other or in mutual sign exchange then.....

Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumental Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Building and Construction Engineering are the best options.

All water and liquid on earth are under the control of Moon and Gas Crude oil is under the control of Saturn so...

If Cancer is the Lagna and Moon is joined with Saturn or If Capricorn or Aquarius is Lagna and Saturn joins Moon or Both planets are joined in 10th then....
Petrochemical Engineering, Plastic Engineering is the best choice.

( I remember I had advised one client to choose Petrochemical Engineering for his son who had come to show me his son's chart after 12th result. Moon and Saturn were in Capricorn in 10th house. The boy is now Engineer at Kuwait and earning a lot )

Each child is born with special pattern and liking. We have to find out his successful line from the chart so that he can build his career the best way.

Some important things for farmers किसानों के लिए फसल से जुड़ी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कहावतें

आज हम आपके लिए खेती से जुड़ीं हुई किसानों के कुछ घाघ भड्डरी की कहावत लेकर आये है. यह कहावते आपको फसल आने वाले समय की जानकारी देगी. जो खेती के लिए उपयोगी है. अगर समय रहते इन बातों पर ध्यान दिया गया तो आप ज्योतिष के हिसाब से फसल बोकर लाभ ले सकते हैं.  

कन्या धान मीनै जौ। जहां चाहै तहंवै लौ।।

कन्या की संक्रान्ति होने पर धान (कुमारी) और मीन की संक्रान्ति होने पर जौ की फसल काटनी चाहिए।

कुलिहर भदई बोओ यार। तब चिउरा की होय बहार।।

कुलिहर (पूस-माघ में जोते हुए) खेत में भादों में पकने वाला धान बोने से चिउड़े का आनन्द आता है-अर्थात् वह धान उपजता है।

आंक से कोदो, नीम जवा। गाड़र गेहूं बेर चना।।

यदि मदार खूब फूलता है तो कोदो की फसल अच्छी है। नीम के पेड़ में अधिक फूल-फल लगते है तो जौ की फसल, यदि गाड़र (एक घास जिसे खस भी कहते हैं) की वृद्धि होती है तो गेहूं बेर और चने की फसल अच्छी होती है।

आद्रा में जौ बोवै साठी। दु:खै मारि निकारै लाठी।।

जो किसान आद्रा में धान बोता है वह दु:ख को लाठी मारकर भगा देता है।

आद्रा बरसे पुनर्वसुजाय, दीन अन्न कोऊ न खाय।।

यदि आर्द्रा नक्षत्र में वर्षा हो और पुनर्वसु नक्षत्र में पानी न बरसे तो ऐसी फसल होगी कि कोई दिया हुआ अन्न भी नहीं खाएगा।

आस-पास रबी बीच में खरीफ। नोन-मिर्च डाल के, खा गया हरीफ।।

खरीफ की फसल के बीच में रबी की फसल अच्छी नहीं होती।

Square Plots are Auspicious A Myth

Many people delay in making their own house, because they are in search of a square plot. In practice, we have found square plots only in villages, where there is relatively plenty of land and you can make a square plot.

This myth has no relevance as people living in perfectly square plots have never grown well. We worked on the reason why people in square plots did not do too well. As per Pauranic (पौराणिक ) symbolization, The Earth is carried by Shesh Naag (शेषनाग , a very powerful and revered serpent). This symbolic representation depicts that the survival and evolution of life is on “residue” (Shesh) and the “serpent energy” (Naag). Further, when we decode the symbolism, this serpent energy is also inside the human body in the form of Kundalini (कुण्डलिनी ), which pushes the residues (the seed and ovum) to create life on the planet.

Life is created out of desires to achieve the Anandamaya kosh (आनंदमय कोष ). Those who took their consciousness to a different state of completion lost interest in creating more life.
